Step 1: Please complete the following demographic information in the form below so I know who your soccer star is.
When this is complete, choose photo package A, B, or C by adding only one of them to your cart.
As I will be in attendance every week with my son also a Smithtown Kicker (Go Man City!), I will have PLENTY of photos for all who participate.
You are free to take a moment to click on the orange button to see my work and the green button to read about my background. Both are on the very bottom of this page
Step 2: After sending info with form (the blue [send information] button directly above), use the square buttons below to select a photo package to add to your cart. It will take you to another checkout screen.

A. For $39.99, you will get the entire enchilada of photos* – Action/Game Shots, Team Photo, Solo Portrait and Trading Cards.
B. For $29.99, you will get Action/Game Shots, plus a Team photo from Team Photo Day.
C. For $24.99, you will get Action/Game Shots throughout the season.
*photos are defined as high-quality, large-format electronic files with no watermark. Prints can be made by parent/guardian
